My favorite chef, J. Child, once said “the best way to execute French cooking is to get good and loaded and whack the hell out of a chicken.” So I try to take this as a kind of philosophy when prompted with a new challenge. Cooking for me is a means of escape, brings me peace, and is an inspiration started by my grandfather Thomas McMahon. So I am starting this blog as a positive outlet to share my experiences and recipes I experiment with along the way. Ok, enough with the sappy shit. Let’s get cookin.
